Had a awesome time with my buddies here! Room was compact, but totally fine for what we paid. Super clean with comfy beds. The bathroom was decent size and also clean. Plus, the bar was a cool spot to chill in the evenings. Wasn't much staff around during check-in, that kinda held us up a bit.

The check-in process was smooth, and the double room was clean and newly furnished. Staff were friendly, showing genuine care, and the location is conveniently close to public transit. However, it was disappointing to find that the hotel’s hair dryer malfunctioned, leading to an unfortunate incident, and the follow-up from the management was inadequate. A lack of clear communication and proper response to the incident further marred the experience.

The concierge's personalized service made us feel truly welcomed. We loved the great breakfast variety which fueled our explorations around Stuttgart.
